Adding Reindeer to Carbonara (not yet)

I'm a 34-year-old who, for the better part of three decades, was a full-time Roman; navigating ancient cobblestones, missing delayed buses and surviving a chaotic life with a certain flair was my go-to. About 10 years ago, I decided to swap the Colosseum for the cold, and I've been successfully faking it as a Finn ever since.
